The first venture of Associated Investments was and still is real estate development specializing in potential West Coast appreciating real estate. We look for growth paths and invest in land prior to its appreciation Secondly, we own and operate rental income property. With the office in San Luis Obispo County, CA, we are developing property within the county and in Oregon, Northeast of Klamath Fall.
The second area of business is web site developemtn. We currently have developed and continue to maintain several customer websites.
The third area of business is developing computer software. We have a commercial product called Building Design Analyzer (BDA) in coorporation with AppliedVB, Inc.
